Plan your next party or family gathering at a park (or birthday party at Ed Burns Rink). Here's how: Click HERE to begin a request. Select "Request a Reservation". Once your request is submit, you will receive an email confirming you submitted a request. Within a day or two, if your requested time is available and we don't have any questions, your reservation will be approved & booked and you will receive an invoice. Please log into your account and pay within 24 hours. Reservations with unpaid balances will be cancelled after 24 hours. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive the permit. Have the permit accessible (on your phone or a printed copy) on the day of your event.If we have questions on your request we will hold the space for a day or 2 and try to contact you. Questions? For reservation requests of more than 50 people or private/corporate events, please follow up with a "Special Event Request Form".
