Come experience the ultimate workout using a TRX® suspension trainer!

General Information
  • This unique piece of equipment allows you to use your own bodyweight for a full body workout!
  • By changing foot positions, body angles, range of motion and speed this workout can be adapted for ALL fitness levels.
  • Bring a yoga mat and water.

Boot Camp
  • The class format is conducted as a timed circuit with intervals of cardiovascular exercises and then strength moves using the TRX®.
  • Your core will thank you after each session.
  • Back by popular demand is TRX Boot Camp 3 days per week. Classes will meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This is the perfect spring tune up to get ready for shorts, tee-shirts and even summer swimwear!
